Luis Niebla
Luis Niebla was born on February 22, 1954. He is married to Maria Niebla. They moved to La Union 30 years ago and love the community and the peace and quiet that surrounds them.
Once you meet Luis, you'll feel calm right away in spite of the chaos of daily life. He is a calm and serene person.
Luis enjoys helping people. As a licensed massage therapist, he shows empathy for others. He has learned to listen to people and is aware of their physical needs. He cares about the health and happiness of other people.

Luis was a jockey in Sunland Park for ten years and California for twenty-five.
He had all the qualities required of a jockey. Luis was very disciplined and held a strong work ethic. I'm not sure how Luis knows what horses think and feel, but he does. He is able to communicate with them, and horses trust him. Luis was highly skilled in horseback riding, enabling them to reach their maximum speed.
Hmmm, I wonder if Luis knows which horse is going to win BIG at the racetrack?
