Leo Lugo, Chaparral High School Special Education Teacher

Chaparral teacher, Leo Lugo, died of COVID 19 related causes on Sunday, October 4, 2020. He was a Special Education teacher at Chaparral High School. Our deepest condolences to the Lugo family from La Union Helping Hands. We sincerely appreciate and say thank you to Mr. Lugo and all teachers for teaching our beautiful children. Now that we are taking care of our kids online, we appreciate to a greater extent all that teachers do to support our families.
