NOE RUIZ, is the eldest son of Facundo and Maria Ruiz. He attended La Union Elementary School in La Union. In May when school was about to end, they would go to Gadsden High School and run track. Noe was a fast runner and happened to run the fastest 75-yard dash in the sixth grade. 

He graduated from Gadsden High School in 1973, then attended and graduated from TVI in Albuquerque. Noe studied the fine art of sheet metal and went to work in construction. He made a good living and was able to travel to Europe on vacation. He presently lives in La Union with his father, brother and three of his four sisters.
